Kaizen Gaming’s leadership program, launched in 2021, aims to enhance the capabilities of newly promoted managers across its global operations. Designed under the Kaizen leadership program initiative, the program emphasizes promoting company values, supporting managerial transitions, and fostering a unified leadership culture.
It operates on a multi-channel learning approach, integrating self-paced modules, interactive workshops, and social learning platforms in Greek, English, and Portuguese.
The program spans 13 months over two academic years, with structured sprints and regular check-ins to reinforce learning. Notably, it includes innovative elements such as gamified microlearning, follow-up sessions for practical application, collaborative problem-solving sessions and group projects in a Hackathon format. This comprehensive approach not only prepares managers to meet role expectations confidently but also cultivates a talent pipeline aligned with Kaizen Gaming’s growth strategy and organizational values, ensuring sustained leadership excellence across diverse global markets.
