As the Group expands into new ventures, leading the energy transition in Greece, their diverse workforce necessitates identifying and engaging talented employees. To address this, a shift towards a performance-based culture that promotes people development and talent growth is essential. Consequently, a comprehensive development program for all people manager positions was launched.
