The “Leadership in Action” learning program is designed for a leading Greek multinational in the energy sector with 3,000 employees.
As the Group expands into new ventures, leading the energy transition in Greece, their diverse workforce necessitates identifying and engaging talented employees. To address this, a shift towards a performance-based culture that promotes people development and talent growth is essential. Consequently, a comprehensive development program for all people manager positions was launched.

•Highly interactive workshops led by expert facilitators, ensuring holistic brain activation and effective learning.
