Since 2016, JDE Peet’s Greece has embedded engagement into its culture through annual Gallup surveys and continuous follow-up.

In 2024, we focused on Mission & Purpose, launching the local adaptation of “A Cup of Amazing”—a country-wide engagement plan aligned with our new AVP and Employer Brand.

A combination of HR led open, interactive bite-sized sessions and associate led creative contest.

Our engagement efforts led to a stronger Gallup Grand Mean and a stronger emotional connection across teams.

Greece was awarded the internal Oscar for Best AVP & EB Activation in Europe. This an example of engagement owned, lived, and celebrated.
